Our caregivers
Carefluent delivers highly personalized culturally compatible in-home care
Your perfect match
We highly value the skill, experience and cultural competency that our dedicated caregivers bring to their role as Care Companions. After a thorough vetting and onboarding process, a Care Companion is given the opportunity to match with a client that aligns with their social, cultural, and language needs and preferences.
We offer ongoing training and upskilling opportunities. Our base rate far exceeds industry average and we offer additional hourly pay for skills and competencies such as foreign language fluency.
Tech-enabled connections
Our in-home Care Companion team is highly qualified, trained, and thoroughly screened. We match careseekers with an in-home Care Companion with whom they share things in common, based on their social, cultural, and language needs and preferences.
Carefluent’s caregiving services are available through your employer benefits program or health plan.
